If, after booking, you find that you can no longer attend, please let me know. If you give more than 48 hours notice, you can choose to have a refund or move your appointment to a different date.
If you need to cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, then it can be moved to another date.
Refunds or alternative appointments cannot be given if less than 24 hours notice is received.
Of course, I understand that sometimes emergencies happen and cancelling is unavoidable. In these cases I will work with you to find a solution.
